1. MARYLAND-Clipper City Brewing Company: Small Craft Warning Über Pils
Crab Salad: Endive "boats," hard-boiled egg,onion,asparagus "oars" & Hollandaise vinaigrette
2. INDIANA-Mad Anthony Brewing Company: Ol' Woody Pale Ale
Brie Wellington: Puff pastry, apricot chutney, Grand-Marnier infused honey & toasted almonds
3. ILLINOIS-Two Brother's Brewing Company: Ebel's Weiss
Red Corn Tostada: Roasted garlic hummus, lemon shrimp, sweet pepper & radish sprouts
4. COLORADO-Left Hand Brewing Company: Deep Cover Brown Ale
Sunflower Crusted Chicken: Hazelnut mushroom orzo, slow roasted tomato sauce & Parmesan
5. MICHIGAN-Founder's Brewing Company: Red's Rye Pale Ale
